Thinking of switching? Texas Power offers an unbiased approach. In mid-2011, Texas Power teamed up with the City of Arlington to offer a unbiased understanding of how to switch electricity providers. Recognizing that many people are paying higher than competitive rates we sought to educate ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) consumers on how to switch electricity providers.
