Each week the Ft. Worth Star Telegram compiles the five lowest rates for the Oncor territory with their Public Utility Commission (P.U.C.) complaint rating. This weekly compilation offers consumers in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex a quick and high level view of current electric competition. For several straight weeks now Texas Power has been at or near the top with the best combination of price and lowest complaint rating. This is great news for consumers as switching to a reputable, low cost retail electric provider is one of the simplest and wisest economic decisions a consumer can make.
